These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ifreebuddy website and the services we provide (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, do not use our Services.

ifreebuddy is a creative digital agency offering services in web design & development, branding, content creation, video editing, social media management, AI-based automation, and other startup support solutions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We offer various digital solutions, including but not limited to: website design & development (code and no-code), branding, UGC and video editing, digital product creation, social media content, and white-label development. The scope and pricing of services will be detailed in separate agreements.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for any activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services or interfere with our operations, infrastructure, or security.

All deliverables are provided as per the specifications agreed upon in the proposal. Revision limits, if applicable, will be clearly stated. Additional changes beyond those limits may incur extra charges. Final files are delivered upon full payment.

All service fees must be paid as per the agreed invoicing schedule. Due to the customized nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Upon final payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for your business needs. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio. All concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain our intellectual property.

We agree not to disclose any confidential information you share with us. Likewise, you agree not to disclose any of our proprietary tools, methods, or internal documents shared with you during the project.

If you engage with us for white-label services, you agree not to claim authorship of our team’s work beyond the terms of your agreement. We reserve the right to retain credits for specific creative or technical work if explicitly agreed upon.

We may integrate third-party tools or platforms into your project. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party systems, including pricing, performance, or outages.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service involved.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant us the right to display completed work (including screenshots, brand visuals, or summaries) in our public portfolio, including on our website, social channels, and case studies.
